How We Process

How to recruit from Nepal
The following documents are needed to be proveded by the Employer for recruitment from Nepal.
Consuler Letter
This Letter is issued by the employer addressing the Console General of the respective Embassy informing the appointment of S.S GROUP of Management as the lawful agent of the employer and authorization of act on behalf of the employer and to carry your all visa formalities with the embassy.
Demand Letter
A formal letter issued by the employer addressing S.S Group of Management with full details of the job categories and number of workers. Monthly salary, contract period working hours and description of all other facilities like food, accommodation, medical and air passage should also be mentioned.
Power of Attorney
A letter issued by the employee authorizing S.S GROUP of Management to act on behalf of the employer in recruiting the required number of workers and to carry out all the necessary formalities related with the respective Embassy and the agencies of the Government of Nepal.
Agency/Service Agreement
This is made between the employer and S.S GROUP of Management stating clearly and precisely all the terms and conditions regarding manpower supply from Nepal.
Employment Contract
Employment Contract duly signed between the overseas Employment and the Nepalese Employee.
Guarantee Letter
We are authorized by the Government of Nepal to recruit employees for employment on behalf of overseas employers against vacancies identified by them. As a provider of professional of recruitment services we clearly understand both the clients as well as the applicants.
We apply the following procedure for the recruitment of applicants.
Pre-Screening
Short listed applicants undertake a pre-interview conducted by our human resource recruiting officer. The objective is to select the right candidates. The candidates qualifying the pre-interview will be prepared for final interview.
Medical test
The selected applications will be sent to the qualified medical institution for medical and psychological test to ensure that they are sufficiently fit physically and mentally before joining the company.
Final Interview
The selected applicants in the pre-screening are presented to the interviewer of the company representative for ultimate selection. In the applications need to be tested technically, S.S GROUP of Management will arrange the trade test.
Documentation and processing
We provide the resume of the relevant candidates with our recruiting manager's remarks. After approval and on receipt of the authenticated documents the selected candidates are sent for their medical test.
Visa Receiving
We dispatch all the documents relating the workers to the company to decide its employee first. After the employing company confirms and sends the visa confirmation and visa copy only then we apply in the concerned embassy.
Pre-Departure orientation
We introduce employing company's employment package, benefits, rules and regulations, similarly the host country's culture, customs and traditions. We cover the do's and don'ts applicable law to your future employees.
Departure
To ensure prompt service, we arrange safe passage air tickets for the selected candidates and mobilize them to departure.
